By downloading, installing, or using BeastBook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app. BeastBook is developed by Corporate Incorporated Ltd, referred to here as “we” or “the developer.”
BeastBook is not directed at children under 13, and you shouldn't use it if you're under the minimum age of digital consent in your country without a parent or guardian's involvement.
BeastBook is a workout planning and logging tool, a nutrition/calorie tracker, and an optional viewer for Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) data. It's built for people who already know how to train safely, or who are working with their own coach or medical professional.
BeastBook has no user accounts, and no BeastBook server stores your data. Your workout, nutrition, and health data is stored locally on your device, and you're responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up anything you don't want to lose (uninstalling the app deletes it). AI features send the relevant text, photo or workout details through BeastBook's AI relay to Google to generate a result; the relay doesn't keep them. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what's collected and how it's used.
BeastBook is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout). Your subscription automatically renews for the same term at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Google Play account (Android) or Apple ID account (iOS) at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period. On iOS, your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All billing is handled by Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS), not by us directly — we never see or store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account's subscription settings or, on iPhone, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current billing period, and you'll keep access until that period ends.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own refund policies. We don't independently process or guarantee refunds outside of what those policies allow.
If a subscription price changes, we'll give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal, as required by Google Play's and Apple's policies.
Any promo or referral code you enter is used to attribute your subscription to a referring source and, where applicable, may apply an offer (such as a free or discounted first period) configured through Google Play or the Apple App Store at the time of purchase. Codes have no cash value and can be changed or discontinued at any time.
Don't use BeastBook to do anything unlawful, to reverse-engineer or resell the app, or to interfere with its normal operation. Don't attempt to circumvent the subscription/billing system.
BeastBook's app, design, and branding belong to the developer. Your own workout programmes, logged data, and any content you create in the app remain yours — we don't claim ownership of it, and (as above) we don't have a copy of it on any server of ours.
BeastBook relies on third-party services to function — Google Play (billing, and optionally Health Connect and the Gemini API), Apple (App Store billing, and optionally Apple Health), Anthropic (optional AI food search), Open Food Facts (barcode lookups), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Cloudflare (which hosts BeastBook's AI relay). Your use of features backed by these services is also subject to that provider's own terms.
BeastBook is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-estimated nutrition figures or displayed health metrics will be accurate. You use the app, and act on anything it shows you, at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BeastBook, including injury from exercise, inaccurate calorie/macro estimates, or data loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.
You can stop using BeastBook at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription through Google Play or the App Store. We may suspend or discontinue the app or specific features at our discretion, with notice where reasonably possible.
If these terms change, the “last updated” date above will change accordingly, and material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing. Continuing to use BeastBook after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a different governing law is required by local consumer protection law.
Barcode lookups in BeastBook use information from Open Food Facts, made available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL). The built-in food list is based on USDA FoodData Central, which is in the public domain. Nutrition figures from these sources and from AI estimates are approximations and may contain errors, so check them against the product label where accuracy matters.
